Helping Professionals and Organizations Make Time their Ally
Hi! I’m Shunta (shun-tay) Grant, a former attorney turned corporate time management coach. I help law firms and organizations transform how their people plan, work, and live.
I believe that your professional contribution will almost always rise or fall to the level of your time-organization habits and practices. When people learn to steward their time with proaction and clarity they are better equipped to make their highest contribution to their clients, teams, and organizations. Stress decreases. Deadlines are not missed. And people feel like humans, not machines.
From Courtroom to Companies
As a former attorney, I understand the pressure, deadlines, and competing demands that come with working for large organizations. My firsthand experience makes my approach both practical and deeply empathetic, which is why clients consistently seek me for one-on-one coaching.
For nearly a decade, I have trained and coached professionals at every level, from junior associates to executive leaders, helping them develop sustainable habits for time, project, and energy management.
The Work I Do
Through workshops, keynotes, and one-on-one coaching, I teach teams and associates how to:
Protect their time and focus in high-demand environments
Plan and prioritize in a way that actually works
Improve efficiency without sacrificing well-being
Build cultures that support deep work and clarity
My sessions are known for being engaging, clear, and actionable. No corporate jargon. No abstract theories. Just practical tools that you can start using the same day.
A Little More about Me
I’m a wife and mom of two, a believer in margin and joy, and a lifelong student of how humans use their time. As the Founder of Best Today®, I also help individuals with their time by providing physical and digital planning products, serving customers in all 50 states and over 46 countries.
My favorite thing about all of my work? Witnessing people discover that in every season, both personally and professionally, they can do the things that matter most by developing a more intentional relationship with the time they have.
Let’s WorkTogether
If your law firm or organization desires to help your people better leverage their time, I would love to discuss working together!
